Morning program: T/TH from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Friday Adventures: Friday from 8:50 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Our goal is to facilitate play-based learning through thoughtfully planned, open-ended play invitations, circle time, and small group activities. We aim to foster and encourage creativity, curiosity and wonder about the world around them. We believe kids are smart, capable, kind, and have great ideas we can all learn from and deserve to be listened to and validated.
We are an all-season, all-weather, outdoor nature school. We spend almost all of our class time in our outdoor classroom. Only when extreme weather conditions occur (lightning, high winds, temperatures below 25 degrees, bad air quality, etc.) will we head inside to hold class. Occasionally we will head inside to do a project or activity that works better there (i.e. making cookies). You will need to come prepared both physically and mentally to help create a positive and encouraging experience for the preschoolers during all kinds of weather.
